This is a painting of Mary Magdalene, arriving on the shores of France, titled, “Choose Peace." She has written the word, "Peace," in Hebrew in the sand. When I began painting this I thought it was a message to the outer world, and then one morning as I was looking at it, my heart broke open, and I realized it was a message to me. We can choose peace in every moment and must learn to do so.
